Every order is made with care and attention from start to finish.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your magnets are created and delivered.

 

Making and delivering your order

All of our photo magnets are made to order using your chosen images.

Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare, print and assemble your magnets by hand.

• Processing time: 2–4 working days
• Delivery (UK): 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Shipping: Calculated at checkout and shown before payment

We currently deliver within the UK using Royal Mail.

You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

 

A few important things to know

• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as we may not be able to make changes once your order has entered production
• Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary, especially during busy periods
• If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to put things right

 

Returns & refunds

Because each order is made using your own personal photos, our magnets are custom-made just for you.

This means we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.

However, if something isn’t right, we absolutely want to help.

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty
• Or if you’ve received the wrong item

Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and include a photo if possible. We’ll work with you to put things right as quickly as we can.
